How It Works

Fusion is a four hour networking photography event.

Before The Event

Participants register online prior to the event to reserve their slot.

Participants will regularly be  notified via email of their status for the event.

All participants will receive an email the day before the event confirming the status of the event.

Fusion is on rain or shine! (please bring proper equipment in the event of a sudden outdoor downpour)

The Day of the Event

All partipants will arrive 15 minutes prior to 11am to check in and prepare for networking.

All partipants will engage in a networking session to mix and mingle. BRING YOUR BUSINESS CARDS.

Once the networking session concludes,  participants will break up into group to begin the  first photoshoot session. Note some participants will engage in photoshoots within the Trimain Building while others will be sent to shoot at one of  our predetermined off site locations. You will be notified of your assigned site locations a week to three days prior to the event.

All groups will be assigned a “Team Leader” who will keep track of timing and scheduling.

Once the first Photoshoot Session concludes, participants will reunite at a predetermined meet up location to swap group members. All details of this engagement will all be specified and detailed in your confirmation email.

Once new groups are established, members will prepare to relocate (if necessary) and begin Photoshoot Session 2.

Once Photoshoot Sessions  1 & 2 conclude  dancers will meet back at the TriMain building to begin the formal departure session and reveal the raffle winners. (Raffle Winners must be present to claim their prize.)

After The Event

You will have made new connections and friendships that will hopefully last a lifetime.

Dancer and Photographers will  have exchanged information to proceed with the post photo sharing process.

Models are expected to use photo sharing with the permission of the photographer and vice versa. Models and photographer are expected to give proper accreditation to their collaborative dancers or photographers.
